As someone who has never worn falsies in their life, I completely rely on mascara to give my lashes the volume and length it needs to stand out. Since I go through so many tubes of mascara, purchasing affordable options is a priority! Not to mention I prefer some of these mascaras over my high-end ones too.

 1. Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara

This mascara is definitely my number one favourite! This is the most repurchased mascara I’ve ever owned and I probably won’t stop any time soon. It gives my lashes amazing length AND volume and doesn’t clump them at all. It also gives them a “fanned” look because of the curved wand. The formula doesn’t flake and holds its curl throughout the day.

 2. L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara

I’ve seen everywhere that this mascara is supposed to be a dupe for the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara and it definitely is! I actually prefer this mascara because it gives really great volume without getting too clumpy. Of all the mascara’s mentioned in this post, this one gives my lashes the most thickness! I accidentally bought the waterproof version and plan on getting the regular once it runs out.

 3. CoverGirl Clump Crusher Mascara

Call me crazy but I use a separate mascara for my bottom lashes and this one is amazing! It grabs all my teeny lashes and doesn’t make them clumpy or leave residue underneath the lashes. It also doesn’t deposit too much product which can leave your lower lashes looking like a raccoon. I don’t really use this mascara for my top lashes unless I need to “de-clump”. Guess the name is right for this one!

  1. I’ve only tried lash sensational out of these three but the L’Oreal brush looks amazing!
My favourite has got to be the Avon Supershock, couldn’t live without it!

    1. Oh yes I feel that. Being Canadian we always have to wait for products to come later when they release in the US! Thanks for reading.
